Tommorow will be CNY,and for the first time in 34 years my dad who is in a hospitality industry finally managed to get an off day from work during public holidays Yayyyyyyyyyyyy.Usually this time around he will be far away from us caused he works outstation .Yipeeee……..Dad will  be joining the reunion dinner and got to spend the first few days of CNY with us. = D

To all people out there. Enjoy your Balik kampung stay & reunion dinner for it is indeed a very special occasion once a year for all family members to meet.For those who cldn’t make it this festive season…we will always know that no matter how far you are, we will always keep you close to our hearts.

Yesterday,after work the traffic is heavier than usual causing a slow moving pace on the Penang Road,Burmah Road,Macalister Road,Perak Road and Siam Road.Looks like some people have already started their journey back to their hometown for the Chinese New Year celebration.Looks like today I will be stuck in the jammed also as I make my way back from work today.I heard that the police have to  to control the traffic in the evening at Penang Road.So people,try to avoid these road if can.

The gathering of bloggers I mention earlier in the previous post have confirm it’s venue and date already.It is at ……..

What to bring there: Some edibles as it is also a pot-luck, maybe some gadgets or whatsoever so bloggers can share their blogging? And don’t forget to bring yourself there………. =P

For those who didn’t know the place could wait at Prangin Mall’s Starbucks (it’s the same role with the Cosmic cafe.) at 1.30pm as Mr.Ong himself is leading the way. .If you do have any problem ,you can directly call Mr. Ong at 013-590 0339 or 04-261 7585. I will try to put up a map later on. (hehehe….I also have to ask people for direction for I’m not that sure of it myself ;P.haha…,paiseh Penang ppl also don’t know penang’s area,really teruk lah me!)

By then,I don’t know if I’m able to make it there or not cause got to work on Sunday…(snif,snif).Wish if I cld dropped by a while to see what it is all abt. Haven’t been to a bloggers gathering before. Well then…let’s see abt. it then.

Finally I had my hair dye after it croses my mind to do that a long time ago.Hehehe,dye 3 colours red,light brown & dark brown.This is the colour the hair salon choses for me since I said I will be fine with any colour.However they did ask me if I was okay with the red colour,and I say I’m fine with that. The result,I got a bright red colour hair near to my face,but of cause there is the 2 other colour  to hide the red a bit.Still the red turn out to be a strong colour cause they dye the red colour closes to my faces.If u look at me from the front,then I look like a bit of that "53 54" people ((in hokkien:people that had bad attitude)) but of course I’m not.Just wanted to have more vibrant colour to my hair instead of my usual jet black hair.If you view my hair from the back, then it seems like having my hair dyed brown with a little of red highlights.I think the back view is much better than the front. =P Eventually the red colour will be the first colour to fade out and turn to copper colour.Then my hair will look like shades of browns. ^^  .Hopefully it is not to ‘Yeah’ this new look of my. ^^ v

I thought I have lost it but it is with me all along. When u least expected,it poped out it self.Feel glad that I have found it. When I search for it,I couldn’t find it althought i have gone through the same place a few times. Then,I started to feel that I won’t be able find it again.Perhaps it is lost or misplaced someplace else but I had a feeling that SOMEDAY it will appear,and it did appear.It was in my handbag all along.Funnily I have been going through my handbag so many times or infact every day to take my things out of the handbag….but why I didn’t see it. Was I blinded? Hahahaha. You know what I’m talking or not? I’m talking abt. my  favourite watch lah… hehehe Have been missing for mths now find it back already can wear back that watch.So happy…..   :)

(Watch - Special edition Pierrce Cardin with Australian Opal (face) was given to me by my cousin,when she went there to study.A sentimental piece for me.There is a crack on the glass of the watch when it slip off my hand one day but still I wear it to this day.Tried to get it mend at the watch shop,but they couldn’t preserve the romanized numbering as it was printed together and stuck at the top of the watch.So if I were to change the glass,the numbering all will be gone. They told me to get it mend at the original shop where I get this watch from or try other Pierrce Cardin shop. I couldn’t find any Pierrce Cardin shop.  -_- ‘ SO if you all happen to know that particular shop,pls let me know. Thanks.

On the outside I might look like my own regular chirpy self  but inside I ’m struggling with this weird feeling that I don’t even know………..

I don’t know how to describe this feeling.

I don’t know why I’m feeling like this

I don’t know how to pen down this feeling either as I’m doing my best now

I don’t know what this feeling is……

But it has somehow makes me feel uneasy and down.

No I’m not experiencing a break up now for I haven’t experienced what is to be in loved

No I’m not experiencing a lost of my loved ones as all of them is hale and hearty.

No I’m not worrying about my future as I have already secured a job.

No I’m not alone as I’m surrounded by my family and friends.

No, I’m not too free until got nothing to do as I have night class, part time job and Korean series to catch up.

If that’s not the reason, then why I’m feeling like this right now?

I’m still the same person inside and out regardless of what my feeling is right now.   

Still have way done with the house cleaning,I bet some people already done with the house cleaning to usher the Chinese New Year.

I found that there are some old things I still keep untill now in my cupboard while I was cleaning it..My pen-pal letters, I wrote when I was in primary school.Gone are the good old days when people used to write letters. Nowadays people are using IM,sms,mms and e-mails instead of snail mails.But of course the e-mail or IM is good.You can received instant reply with sounds,animations or see the other party by webcam or etc.However I miss the snail mail.Where you will received fancy or colouful letter with neat hanwritting,some of the letters are also scented and decorated with hand drawn pictures or stickers. Apart from that I founded out there is a lot of old stuff I keep when I was little.Looks like I didn’t have the heart to throw them away.Hehehehe. To some it might be junk,but to me it is also memories.

In my opinion I think "New Things Are Exciting But Old Things Are Treasure"

Went to the orthodontics dept. on 3 Jan for check-up.They tell me this will be the final visit to this dpt.but is advised that I do a routine checkup at the dental clinic, inside me….. feel a bit weird like don’t want to part with it.Don’t know why?I have been going there for 6 years already.But still I have to wear the retainers for life if I can maintain it.That was what the  orthodontist said.

I remember that the first time I went there to get my teeth check, he scolded my mom and me.Back then I was in Form 5.He said that I should have come earlier to do teeth correction.He said if I didn’t come at all, my front part teeth will have dropped off itself when I am old due to the fraction on my jaws.He ask me if there is pain or not cause my upper incisors have touched my lower gum.No pain at all I replied maybe it was so long time already and that part of my lower gum also goes "si bak". Hahaha.

I have no idea that my case was that severe until he put me in the priority list.Meaning I don’t have to wait under the waiting list. Usually it Will take abt.2-3 yrs if it was the under the waiting list.The fastest also will have to wait abt. 1 yr. Boy!,was I lucky then, I was offered immediate treatment starting the next mth. However I did the treatment only after my SPM cause I scared that it will affected my study.

It proves that right.After SPM I went for the treatment.Having it pulled out 4 of my good teeth.Then wearing that braces for 2-3 yrs.It was really suffering at the first month wearing that braces. Couldn’t eat solid food for a month. I have to blend all the food with the porridge because it was so painful to eat at the 1st week. Second reason is that I can’t bite the food cause they is a gap between my upper and lower incisors due to the a thick layer of white simen at the end of molar.That means when I closed my mouth my teeth doesn’t touch at all.

Looking back at those years,the suffering was well worth it.Now I have a normal set of teeth that I’m proud of it.  = )

Welcome to the year of 2006.Geezz…..just in a blink of eyes already a year has past.Wow..times flies!TIME THAT HAS PAST CANNOT BE RECOVER BUT ONLY MEMORIES OF THE PAST THAT HAS STAY! The year is 2006 but I still make a mistake of writting 2005 HAhaha..maybe might need some time to get used to writting the year 2006 after writting 2005 for a year.This always happens in the new year. ^ ^ "

New Year Eve

What did I do on New Year’s Eve…nothing much.Went to watch King Kong for 3 hrs in Gurney.The show was good and touching,almost got me shedding some tears.Just "tahan" only caused I don’t want to cry in cinema ^^ ".Then meet up with the gals after the show and had dinner at Kim Gary’s. Moving on to Dome to sit untill the New Year Countdown. Suprisingly this New Year was a bit boring though.Maybe it was because we sit to near quite near to the stage that was also noisy.We had to shout when we need to talk.So they ended up playing some cards while I observed only cause I don’t know how to play.

New Year

After work got nothing to do.So later after dinner went back to the apartment .It has been a long time since I went back there.

2nd Day of New Year

The day started out as boring.Still at the apartment was watching Charlie’s and the Chocolate Factory in the morning. Finally manage to watch this DVD while I have bought it last year somewhere Sep’ or Oct’.Yay! Can lend it to my friend now as I have promised to lend it to them. Sorry for keeping u girls waiting. Nevertheless the movie was quite nice with a touch of moral values. I won’t elaborate the story here.U will have to find it out yourself.Hehehe….If not ,not nice already after u all know the story.Went back to the old hse. quite late after doing some grocery shopping at Farlim.I think that was the fastest grocery shopping I have done. 15 minutes only,,,,,"wah lah" done. Not long after reaching home,it rain heavily.Feel glad that I made home earlier if not i will be soaking wet.

A suprise hit me today.I was sleeping when my younger bro suddenly burst into the bedroom waking me up.

YB: WAKE UP! WAKE UP!.

Me:(still sleepy) Huh?What?

YB:There is a blue car outside our hse.I think it is your friend.

Me:Cldn’t be.None of my friends call me that they are comming today. It is the neighbours friend’s,as usual they always like to park in front of our hse.

YB:Sure or not?

Me:Ya and I went back to sleep.

Then a few mins later……

Me:(hanphone ringing) Hello?

Val:Hello!

Me: What’s up Val?

Val: Can u come out right now?

Me:(still in the bed) What?

Val: We are here already?

Me: Where?

Val: In from of your hse!Take a look outside your hse.

Me: What? Really? OKOk( running to the nearest windows and taking a look)

Them (Val & Mon): (Waving and laughing at me!)

Me:(Waved back and signal for them to wait while i run downstairs to meet them with my unrully hair and crumpled shirt)

Me:Wow! U girls really give me a suprise…..didn’t know u girls are comming. (Smilling)

Them: We thought to give u a suprise by paying u a suprise visit….didn’t know u were sleeping then.(smilling & laughing away at me)

Me:(thinking: must be my sleepy face) Come in and have a sit first then.Where u girls planning to go?

Them: Don’t know yet, but we are planningto have dinner outside.Join us then.

Me: Ok! u gals came inside first as i go for a shower. Shld have to me earlier…so u ll don’t have to wait for me. (It was 6pm then)

Them:Nvm, it is ok.Take your time.

At abt.6.30pm we went out,cari makan.Don’t know what to eat for always eat western food or chinese food when go out.So decided to try Indian food at Little India.Cldn’t really understand what type of food in the menu says.The waiter also have a hard time explaining to us when we ask him what is what…..hahaha.Finally we have ordered manggo lassi,chappati,mini idly,kulcha,veg masala,tosai and mushroom masala.

Funnily we also make some stupid request.Asking the waiter whether they have meat?. The waiter say don’t have meat.Then I asked it they serve chicken or not? Finally the waiter reply no.He says there is no meat or chicken beacause this is a VEG. REASTAURANT. Walaueh! We walk in without noticing the big board at the restaurant sign or that we have forgotten so fast. Wah…so malu lah.

The suprise was a good one as it lightened up my boring day.What a correct timing.Sometimes once in a while also cld do this to my friends.Hehehe…..Who knows? Maybe they might be delighted to se us also as I do when they turn up at my place.
